Hi I’m Kate Merrifield Mason, founder of Ripe Design.

I’m a designer with 20 years + experience and I still have a relentless passion for design!

Combining this with a logical rationale, my mission for every single job is to help clients achieve successful, effective design and branding. Therefore bringing out the very best in their products while striving for that point of difference to stand out from the crowd.

My experience

After several years in London design agencies, designing for blue-chip clients such as Lego, I worked directly as an independent design consultant for some of the UK’s top High Street brands including Marks & Spencer, Virgin and WHSmiths.

Since moving to New Zealand 10 years ago I’m constantly inspired by what NZ businesses have to offer in terms of fantastic products and innovation, and infuse the same attention to detail to a small start-up company's logo to developing an established brand over multiple product ranges.
